He has experience and knowledge from the ground up. Early in his career Roger acquired his NC electrical license, framed houses on the weekends and worked as a brick mason. Over the next decade he worked as a Project Manager for well-known builders in the Charlotte area. Roger gained valuable construction knowledge and learned how to manage the complexities of home building. In 2001, Roger established his own company, Titan Custom Builders.
