The builder went to work combining an industrial yet very elegant environment. The entry way really has you spinning and not sure where to look at first. The metal ceilings with exposed beams and pipes were painted gray to lend to the industrial theme. Metal gears were hung by metal down rods and then The foyer light is a builder original welded from metal and using gears to connect a fully functional light illuminated by the Mylar prints of the space. The front desk was constructed using hand-hewn planks and concrete counter tops with welded metal edges. Concrete floors stained a warm mixture of gray and brown flow thru out the space and brick walls accent several walls giving the feeling of warmth and home. Glass walls enclose the conference room and the most amazing hand hewn beams found in a dairy farm in Pennsylvania highlight the ceiling. The light fixture is an incredible pendent rectangle two-tiered glass chandelier that absolutely radiates elegance. Technology isn’t overlooked as you notice multiple smart TV’s thru out allowing everyone access to just about every need for presentations and meetings.

Large canvas artwork featuring a gallery of completed homes flanks several of the walls. Workspaces were created along the outside perimeter walls and were constructed from rolling and topped with glass. It really is a unique work station not only allowing space but functionality along with aesthetically inspiring area to be productive. No drab, dull office desks here!!

The center features aviator style brown leather chairs that are super comfortable and swivel for fun. The gray modern sofa and burlap-topped ottoman invite you to sit and relax…just like home.
The kitchen and bathroom were created to demonstrate to homeowners several options for cabinetry and flooring including inset white cabinets – don’t miss the very cool nautical handles used as doorknobs. Glass cabinets, stainless appliances and white granite complete this kitchen adding a sense of farmhouse and nautical design. For the bathroom the builder wanted to include a full tile shower using modern gray and white subway tile and glass enclosure. The Chrome finish pivot mirror and large farm style pedestal sink with chrome legs are in keeping with the overall feel and unique design.
